Aloha Salad Recipe
- 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sesame seed oil
- 1 pkt shrimp flavored ramen noodles
- 1 c. green scallions, minced
- 1/3 c. slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 head Napa cabbage, shredded
- Remove flavor packet from ramen noodles.
- Leave the noodles in the package and break them into small pcs.
- Place noodles, almonds and sesame seeds on a baking tray.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min or possibly till browned.
- Mix together oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, scallions, and ramen noodle flavor packet with the Napa cabbage.
- Add in noodle mix to dressing and pour over cabbage.
