Wheat Rolls Recipe
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 6 tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 c. white flour
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. dry lowfat milk
- Dissolve yeast in water.
- Add in oil and honey.
- In separate bowl mix together the flours, salt and dry lowfat milk.
- Add in to yeast mix.
- Cover and set in hot place.
- Let rise till double (about 2 hrs).
- Turn out onto floured surface and knead a few times.
- Roll out into desired thickness and cut with 2 inch cutter.
- Makes 2 dozen rolls.
