Grilled or Pan Seared Swordfish with Orange Citrus Glaze

  1. Preheat grill fo direct medium high heat.
  2. Brush swordfish steaks with olive oil.
  3. Grill about 4 minutes on each side.
  4. Brush with orange citrus glaze about 1 minute on each side.
  5. Do not overcook, if your steaks are thin it may take less time.
  6. If thick maybe a bit longer.
  7. This can also be pan seared.
  8. Heat oil in large saute pan, cook fish about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, depending on thickness.
  9. Add glaze last few seconds just until well glazed.
  10. It can burn quickly so keep an eye on it.
