Crawfish Baguettes
- 2 lb crawfish tails
- 1 large white onion
- 1 1/2 bunch chopped green onion
- 4 stick butter
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 2 loaf baguette bread
- Add all ingredients in a crock pot and let simmer until butter is melted.
- stir frequently to get the butter flavor over all the crawfish tails
- slice the bread about 1/2 inch think that way it will not fall apart to bad when adding the toppings
- once the butter is completely melted and the tails are up to temp the just spoon crawfish onto a baguette and eat!
