Grilled Shrimp Salad

  1. Pour dressing and lime juice over shrimp in large non-metal bowl; toss to coat.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except lettuce; mix lightly.
  3. Cover.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  5. Drain, reserving marinade.
  6. Place lettuce on serving plate; top with the shrimp mixture.
  7. Drizzle with reserved marinade.
