Chili Con Carne (Oamc)

  1. Cook ground beef, onion, green pepper and garlic until meat is browned.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Stir in undrained tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, basil, salt and pepper.
  4. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
  5. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes longer.
  6. Cool, place in gallon bags, and freeze for future use.
  7. Top with grated cheese, sour cream and chopped onions.
