Grahams Macaroons
- 2 cups graham crackers, crushed
- 2 12 cups desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 300 ml condensed milk
- 2 egg yolks
- COOK MIXTURE.
- In a saucepan, mix desiccated coconut, Grahams, butter, flour, condensed milk and egg yolks.
- Heat and stir to combine well.
- FORM AND SERVE.
- Cool mixture then form into balls.
- Roll balls in extra cup of desiccated coconut.
- Serve.
