Decadent Chocolate & Orange Sponge

• 1 purchased sponge cake
• 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 300ml thickened cream
• 1/3 cup caster sugar
• Finely grated rind of 1/2 orange Safeway 1 lb For $1.28 thru 02/09
• chocolate sauce, for drizzling

1. Slice sponge in half through the centre.
2. Beat the Philly*, cream and sugar until smooth and thickened.
3. Stir through the orange rind.
4. Assemble the sponge with Philly* cream spread in between the two halves and on the top.
5. Drizzle liberally with chocolate sauce.
