Shepherds Pie
- 2 pounds Hamburger
- 2 cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Cream Of Corn
- 1 can Corn
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- Small Handful Of Bacon Bits
- 4 cups Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 4 cups Mashed Potatoes (I Use Instant Because I'm Lazy)
- Brown hamburger and then mix together with the cream of mushroom soup, and corn.
- Place in a casserole dish.
- Gently stir together the cream cheese, bacon bits, and 2 cups of cheese (if you stir it too hard, you wont have really yummy cream cheese pockets).
- Stir into the meat mixture.
- Spoon the potato mixture all over, and then smooth it out (if you dump it on and spread it out, you will push out all of the meat mixture).
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake at 350 F until bubbly and cheese is starting to brown.
- Enjoy!
- Note on pan size: You want to use a large pan.
- If the potatoes are higher than the sides of the pan, you will have a mess in your oven.
