Chicken Chausser

  1. Fry chicken in a bit of cooking oil until pink is gone.
  2. Add chopped onions and cut mushrooms.
  3. Add chicken broth.
  4. Add cooking wine.
  5. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in cornstarch.
  7. Let it thicken, then add chopped tomatoes.
  8. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve over hot rice.
