Cajun Heat Martini

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker 3/4 full with ice.
  2. Add the pepper vodka and dry vermouth.
  3. Shake vigorously; strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Top up with a dash of bitters, if desired.
  5. Garnish with a pickled jalapeno pepper.
