Tenderloin Flambe Recipe
- 1/2 c. whole peppercorns (crush with rolling pin)
- 1/2 tbsp. salt
- 4 tbsp. butter
- Lemon juice (from 1/2 lemon)
- 3 dashes of Tabasco sauce
- 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- Fresh parsley to taste
- 1/3 c. cognac
- Put crushed peppercorns on tenderloin.
- Heat frying pan till warm with salt.
- Put tenderloin in and sear on all sides.
- Lower heat and let it cook with cover on till it's done to your likeness.
- Then take out tenderloin onto serving platter.
- Wipe out frying pan with paper towel.
- Put in rest of ingredients, let boil, then flame.
- Blow out and pour over tenderloin.
