Stir-Fry Chicken with Steamed Broccoli
- 1/2 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Tenders, Chopped To Bite-Sized Pieces
- 1/2 teaspoons Ginger
- 2 Tablespoons Chicken Marinade That You Can Purchase Premade From Any Oriental Supermarket
- 1/2 pounds Broccoli Crowns
- 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Chinese Rice Cooking Wine
- Marinade:
- In a bowl, add the chicken tenders, ginger and chicken marinade.
- Mix and let stand for 30 minutes.
- Steam:
- Wash and trim broccoli to bite-sized pieces.
- I used a steamer to steam the broccoli in the rice cooker, covered, for 2 minutes.
- You can use a double-boiler system to steam the vegetables.

- Heat skillet to medium-high heat.
- Add cooking oil.

- Add the marinated chicken and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
- Dont stir the chicken till its cooked on each side.
- 3.
- Sprinkle in the crushed red pepper and garlic.
- 4.
- Add the rice cooking wine.
- Fry for a minute.
- 5.
- Throw in the steamed broccoli and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- 6.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately with fluffy, steamed rice.
