Pine Nut Crescents

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  3. Beat in yolks one at a time.
  4. Beat in orange flower water, orange peel and vanilla.
  5. Add flour and sitr until well blended.
  6. To form cookie, roll 1 tablespoon dough into 2-1/2" rope and form into crescent.
  7. Scatter pine nuts over cookies and press in firmly.
  8. Warm honey over low heat and brush liberally over cookies.
  9. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
