Mandarin Ham and Stuffing

  1. Mix hot water and butter.
  2. Add Stuffing Crumbs and orange segments; stir to moisten.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Place ham steaks in full-size hotel pan (or use half size hotel pan for trial recipe).
  5. Brush each steak with about 1 Tbsp.
  6. barbecue sauce; top with 1/3 cup of the stuffing mixture.
  7. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
