Spinach With Sardines (Espinafre Con Sardinhas)

  1. Skin, bone and chop the sardines; mix with the spinach, bread crumbs, lemon and onion juice, a little of the spinach liquor, the chopped egg white and half the chopped yolk; season to taste.
  2. Put in a buttered baking dish; sprinkle with remaining yolk over the top and dot with butter.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes in a 350* oven.
