Food Recyclers Fritters
- 2 cups leftover vegetables or 2 cups chicken or 2 cups mutton or 2 cups beef
- 5 -6 slices fresh white bread
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 1 big onion (FINELY CHOPPED)
- salt
- oil (FOR FRYING)
- TAKE THE LEFTOVERS IN A BOWL.
- DRAIN OUT ANY LIQUID AT THIS STAGE ONLY.
- USING WET HANDS, MIX IN FRESH BREAD SLICES IN THE MIXTURE TILL IT IS SEMI SOLID/DOUGH LIKE IN CONSISTENCY.
- ADD CHOPPED ONIONS, POWDERS AND SALT (IF NEEDED) NOW.
- MAKE SMALL BALLS OF THE MIXTURE AND FLATTEN THEM OR MAKE ANY SHAPE YOU WANT.
- (HEARTS/ DIAMONDS ETC.)
- HEAT THE OIL AND FRY THEM WELL TILL BROWNED.
- SERVE WITH YOUR FAVOURITE SAUCE.
