Mediterranean Chicken Pizza
- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ready-to-use baked whole wheat pizza crust (12 inch)
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1 small tomato, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 cups torn mixed salad greens
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Heat 3 Tbsp.
- dressing in medium skillet on medium heat.
- Add peppers and garlic; cover.
- Cook on low heat 10 min.
- or until peppers are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Spread onto pizza crust; top with chicken, onions, tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Bake 12 min.
- or until mozzarella is melted.
- Toss salad greens with remaining dressing; spoon over pizza.
- Serve immediately.
