smoked rice with beef

  1. cook the meat with the coriander, cumin and cinnamon for 2 hours or until it cooked well in a water.
  2. take the meat out, add the rice -after wash it- to the stock,and cook.
  3. put the meat on the rice, turn down the heat to the lowest.
  4. make a small cup with alminium foil,put the oil inside it.
  5. put it inside the pan in the middle of the rice.
  6. fire the sharcoal then put it in the oil and cover the pan immediatly.
  7. keep it for a while.
  8. befor serve it, take out the cup and mix the oil with the rice without the sharcoal.
