Chiffon Pie Recipe
- 16 graham crackers
- 4 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 pkg. lemon Jello
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 can Carnation lowfat milk (chill night before using)
- Mix graham crackers and butter for crust.
- Dissolve Jello in warm water.
- Add in sugar and lemon juice.
- Let stand.
- Whip Carnation lowfat milk; have beaters cool.
- Mix in Jello mix and whip again.
- Pour in shell.
- Refrigerate4 hrs.
- You may save some graham cracker crumbs (with butter added) to garnish top.
