Triton
- Ice, preferably cracked
- 1 ounce London dry gin
- 3/4 ounce Cocchi Americano or Lillet blanc
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
- 1/4 ounce orange bitters
- 2 ounces chilled sparkling wine, preferably Blanc de Blancs
- 1 lemon twist, for garnish
- Fill a pint glass with ice.
- Add the gin, Cocchi Americano, Cointreau and bitters and stir well.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Top with the sparkling wine and garnish the drink with the lemon twist.
