Chicken With Rice Ruz 'Aa Djajj Recipe

  1. Boil chicken with cinnamon stick and salt.
  2. When cooked remove chicken from bones.
  3. Reserve stock.
  4. Fry lamb meat with allspice.
  5. Add in rice.
  6. Fry well.
  7. Cover with 3 c. chicken stock.
  8. When it begins to boil, cover.
  9. Lower heat and cook 15-20 min till rice is tender.
  10. Put rice in platter.
  11. Cover with chicken meat.
  12. Sprinkle top with pine nuts and almonds which have been browned in butter.
