Pommes de Terre au Lait

  1. Combine potatoes with next 6 ingredients in large skillet.
  2. Heat to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Stir often to prevent sticking.
  4. Transfer potatoes to 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley.
