Baked Pork With Pecans Recipe

  1. Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 40 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine first 6 ingredients and salt to taste in a bowl.
  3. Whisk in egg white.
  4. Place pork slices between two sheets of wax paper and lb.
  5. lightly with a mallet or possibly other heavy flat object to flatten slightly.
  6. Combine mustard and water in a bowl.
  7. Dip pork slices in mustard mix.
  8. Dredge in breadcrumbs, shaking off excess.
  9. Press breadcrumbs to hold.
  10. Place pork in a single layer on an oiled baking pan.
  11. Bake 40 min or possibly till coating is browned and crispy.
