Garlic Tilapia
- 1/2 Sliced Onion
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 Green peppers
- 1 Tilapia
- In a saucepan mix the the oil and let it heat.
- After put in the vinegar and the onions and green pepper.
- Leave the garlic for the end as garluc tends to cook fast.
- After everything starts to cook together and its starting to smell good, you will add the tilapia.
- (I buy the Tilapia that comes clean and ready in a bag).
- Cook the tilpia for 8-10 mins, then remove from pan.
