Tofu Creme Topping

• 9 ounces soft tofu
• 14 cup honey or 14 cup confectioners' sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1. In a blender container, combine all ingredients.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Chill several hours, or overnight, to blend flavors.
