Steak and Bacon Panini with Guacamole
- 4 slices White Bread (or Whatever Your Favorite Is)
- 1/2 sticks Butter, Melted
- 1/4 pounds Leftover Cooked Flank Steak, Cooked To Your Preference And Sliced
- 1/2 cups Grape Tomatoes, Washed And Halved
- 8 slices Bacon (cooked)
- 1/4 cups Guacamole, Premade
- 2 slices Muenster Cheese
- 1/2 cups Barbecue Sauce
- Heat a panini maker over medium-high heat and spray with non-stick spray (make sure and spray the bottom and the top of the panini maker).
- Brush one side of each piece of bread with melted butter.
- Add one piece of bread to the bottom of the panini grill (buttered side down) and layer half of the steak, tomatoes, bacon, guacamole and cheese on top.
- Add another slice of bread (buttered side up) and close the panini maker.
- Cook according to manufacturers instructions or until browned to your liking.
- Remove it from the panini grill and repeat making the second sandwich.
- Dip sandwich in BBQ sauce and enjoy.
