Fresh Fruit Soup
- 1 lb bing cherries, pitted or 1 (15 ounce) can dark cherries, drained
- 1 cup orange juice
- 13 cup sugar
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 18 teaspoon cardamom
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups white grape juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Put the cherries, orange juice, sugar, and raspberries in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a large glass pitcher and add cardamom, salt, yogurt, grape juice, and lemon juice.
- Stir with a wire whisk until combined well.
- Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
