Creamed Spinach Fettuccine Recipe

  1. Cook fettuccine in plenty of boiling water about 10 min or possibly till done; drain well.
  2. Toss with one Tbsp.
  3. of the butter and set aside.
  4. Heat remaining butter in saucepan over medium low heat.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cream.
  6. Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
  7. Toss with cooked fettuccine and serve immediately with extra Parmesan cheese, if you like.
  8. Serves 4 to 6.
