Bar B Que Meatballs Recipe
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 c. ketchup
- Combine first seven ingredients.
- Mix well and roll into meatballs.
- Place in pan.
- On top of stove combine water and onion.
- Boil till onion is tender.
- Combine last three ingredients with water and onion.
- Boil for 1 minute.
- Pour over meatballs.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min.
- Serve over rice.
