Cheese, Tomato & Black Bean Pita
- 2 cups black beans, drained, rinsed
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Salsa
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Blend beans, tomatoes, cheese, salsa and olive oil in small bowl.
- Cut tops from pita pockets; stuff 1/4 of black bean mixture into each.
- Serve pitas with an 8 fl oz glass of milk per person.
