Cheese, Tomato & Black Bean Pita

  1. Blend beans, tomatoes, cheese, salsa and olive oil in small bowl.
  2. Cut tops from pita pockets; stuff 1/4 of black bean mixture into each.
  3. Serve pitas with an 8 fl oz glass of milk per person.
