Salisbury Steak with Gravy
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 jar (10 fl oz/284 mL) beef gravy
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- Mix first 5 ingredients; shape into 6 (3/4-inch-thick) patties.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add patties; cook 5 min.
- on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
- Meanwhile, mix gravy and sour cream.
- Pour gravy over meat.
- Bring to boil; cover.
- Simmer on low heat 5 min.
