Salisbury Steak with Gravy

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients; shape into 6 (3/4-inch-thick) patties.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add patties; cook 5 min.
  4. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  5. Meanwhile, mix gravy and sour cream.
  6. Pour gravy over meat.
  7. Bring to boil; cover.
  8. Simmer on low heat 5 min.
