Easy Corn Casserole
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn (Undrained)
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 cup margarine or 12 cup butter
- Heat oven to 350 and melt stick of margarine in a 13x9 inch pan in oven.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour into pan that the melted margarine is inches
- Cook for 30 35 minutes.
