Peach and Pecan Upside Down Cake
- 14 cup butter
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 1 lb peach (peeled and sliced)
- 14 cup butter

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 34 cup chopped pecans
- Spread melted butter in baking dish.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Arrange peach slices on top.
- In bowl beat butter, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda together.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Beat in flour, butter milk and pecans.
- Pour batter over peaches and bake at 350 for 50 to 70 minutes.
