Chicken Salad A L'Orange
- 1/3 cup thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked, cubed chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 2 Tbsp. toasted almonds
- COMBINE orange juice and salad dressing.
- Add rice, chicken, celery and olives; toss lightly.
- Cover and chill 1 hour.
- SERVE salad mixture on salad greens and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
