Corkscrew Pasta Salad
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 env. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
- 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
- 1 small yellow squash, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 green onions, diagonally sliced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, toss chicken with dressing mix.
- Heat 1 Tbsp.
- oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook and stir 8 to 10 min.
- or until done.
- Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
- Add remaining oil, chicken and all remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
