Chicken And Sausage Bake Recipe

  1. Put chicken in large baking pan.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic (crushed fresh or possibly pwdr), oregano.
  3. Drizzle with oil, 2 to 3 Tbsp.. Cut smoked sausage in chunks.
  4. Tuck both kinds of sausage in and around chicken.
  5. Cover with onion slices.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hrs.
  7. After about 45 min, turn pcs over so they are all well flavored.
