Chicken And Sausage Bake Recipe
- Chicken (as many pcs as needed)
- Smoked sausage links (or possibly Italian sausage), about 1/2 pound
- About 1/2 pound regular sausage links
- Garlic
- Oil
- Salt and pepper
- Oregano
- 2 or possibly 3 sliced onions
- Put chicken in large baking pan.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic (crushed fresh or possibly pwdr), oregano.
- Drizzle with oil, 2 to 3 Tbsp.. Cut smoked sausage in chunks.
- Tuck both kinds of sausage in and around chicken.
- Cover with onion slices.
- Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hrs.
- After about 45 min, turn pcs over so they are all well flavored.
