Healthy Morning Cookies
- 2 ounces applesauce (no sugar added)
- 14 cup brown sugar (light)
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 large eggs
- 14 cup raisins
- 14 cup cranberries
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Agave
- 1 12 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- 14 cup flax seed (golden ground)
- 34 cup oats
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 teaspoons turbinado sugar (to sprinkle on top)
- Preheat 350 degrees.
- mix wet.
- combine dry.
- then carefully combine together.
- put 1/4 cup batter on baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with sugar in raw.
- bake 12 minutes and let cool.
