All-American Benedict

  1. For each serving: Poach 2 eggs in vinegar and water (using 2 Tbsp.
  2. vinegar to 1 quart water) until desired doneness.
  3. Meanwhile, cook 2 ham slices until thoroughly heated.
  4. Spread 1 cup hot hash browns onto serving plate; top with ham and eggs.
  5. Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
  6. process cheese sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.
  8. onions.
  9. Serve immediately.
