All-American Benedict
- each eggs
- slices OSCAR MAYER Ham Bulk Water Added, sliced
- gal. frozen hash browns, cooked
- qt. CHEEZ WHIZ Pasteurized Process Cheese Sauce
- cups green onions, chopped (optional)
- For each serving: Poach 2 eggs in vinegar and water (using 2 Tbsp.
- vinegar to 1 quart water) until desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, cook 2 ham slices until thoroughly heated.
- Spread 1 cup hot hash browns onto serving plate; top with ham and eggs.
- Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
- process cheese sauce.
- Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.
- onions.
- Serve immediately.
