Balsamic-Maple Acorn Squash

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut squash lengthwise in half; remove and discard seeds.
  3. Place squash halves, cut sides down, on cutting board.
  4. Cut each half crosswise into 6 slices; place in large bowl.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients until blended.
  6. Add to squash; toss to evenly coat.
  7. Spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  8. Bake 45 min.
  9. or until squash is tender, turning after 25 min.
