White Pizza with Garlic and Tomatoes
- 1 ball of Pizza Dough (freezer section)
- 8 oz. Ricotta Cheese
- 8 oz. Mottzarella Cheese, shredded
- 3 fresh Tomatoes, sliced
- 8 + or - Garlic Cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp. crushed Basil Leaves
- 1 Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- Preheat oven 425
- Spread dough on large pizza pan, let rest 10 mins., and spread to edges
- Spread ricotta cheese on dough
- Top with shredded mottzarella
- Place sliced tomatoes over cheeses
- Sprinkle with chopped garlic
- Add basil, salt, and pepper
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Bake 425 for 30 to 35 mins.
- until nicely browned.
