White Pizza with Garlic and Tomatoes

  1. Preheat oven 425
  2. Spread dough on large pizza pan, let rest 10 mins., and spread to edges
  3. Spread ricotta cheese on dough
  4. Top with shredded mottzarella
  5. Place sliced tomatoes over cheeses
  6. Sprinkle with chopped garlic
  7. Add basil, salt, and pepper
  8. Drizzle with olive oil
  9. Bake 425 for 30 to 35 mins.
  10. until nicely browned.
