Curry Flavoured Fried Rice
- 1 rice bowl's worth Plain cooked rice
- 1/2 Onion
- 3 Wiener sausages
- 1 Green pepper
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 dash Dashi stock granules
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- Mince the onion and green pepper into fairly large pieces.
- Cut the wiener sausages into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat about 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (excluded from the recipe) in a frying pan, and stir-fry the wiener sausages.
- Add the onion and green pepper, then continue stir-frying.
- Add the curry powder, and dashi stock granules, then continue stir-frying.
- Adding the curry powder first prevents the rice from getting too powdery.
- Add the rice, and stir-fry until the curry powder is blended in.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper (excluded from the recipe) as much as you like.
- Turn up the heat to high, and swirl in the soy sauce from the sides of the pan.
- Briefly stir-fry, and done.
- This is all you need.
