Coconut Eggnog

  1. Combine all ingredients except rum, bourbon, vanilla, and cinnamon in a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker.
  2. Beat well with eggbeater.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours until hot.
  4. Beat again, then add rum, bourbon, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  5. Stir well and serve.
  6. You can chill the nog at this point and serve cold.
