Borden's Sweetened Condensed Milk Recipe

  1. In 2-qt saucepan, over medium-to-low heat, use rubber bowl scraper to stir together jellied sauce, marmalade and ginger till melted, about 6-8 min.
  2. Add in the sliced cranberries, keeping sauce on low.
  3. Stir often.
  4. Continue cooking and stirring often till cranberries are no longer white and taste tender to the bite (not soft, but not too crisp).
  5. Stir in walnuts.
  6. When cooled to lukewarm, chill, covered and use with a week to 10 days.
  7. Should freeze well to be used within 4 months.
