Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff Recipe

• 1 1/2 lbs. round steak
• 4 tbsp. butter
• 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 c. onion, minced
• 1/2 c. water
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream

1. Cube round steak.
2. Put steak in crock pot with remaining ingredients.
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cook on high 1 hour and low 4 to 6 hrs.
5. Serve with noodles, rice or possibly mashed potatoes.
