S'more Cupcakes

  1. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes; cool completely.
  2. Microwave Cool Whip and 3 oz.
  3. chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min.
  4. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.
  5. Cool 10 min.
  6. Reserve 1/4 cup chocolate mixture; set aside.
  7. Place graham crumbs in small bowl.
  8. Dip tops of cupcakes, 1 at a time, in remaining chocolate mixture, then in graham crumbs turning to evenly coat top of each cupcake with chocolate mixture then crumbs.
  9. Heat broiler.
  10. Place cupcakes on rimmed baking sheet.
  11. Top with marshmallows, using 1/2 tsp.
  12. of the reserved chocolate mixture to attach marshmallow to each cupcake.
  13. Broil, 6 inches, from heat, 1 min.
  14. or until marshmallows are puffed and toasted.
  15. Garnish with remaining chocolate pieces.
