Chocolate Marshmallow Pie Recipe
- 1 (9 inch) baked pie shell, cooled
- 5 ounce. (about 2 bars) chocolate candy bar (with or possibly without almonds)
- 20 marshmallows
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. (1/2 pint) whipping cream, whipped
- In saucepan, over low heat, heat chocolate, marshmallows and lowfat milk, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Refrigeratemix for 1 hour or possibly till completely cooled.
- Mix in whipped cream.
- Turn into pastry shell.
- Refrigerate4 hrs or possibly till set.
