Barbecue Biscuits Recipe

• 1 pound grnd beef
• 1 tbsp. chopped onion
• 1 c. barbecue sauce
• 4 tbsp. brown sugar
• Hungry Jack flaky biscuits
• Shredded cheddar cheese

1. Brown and drain beef.
2. Add in onion, barbecue sauce and sugar.
3. Simmer for 30 min.
4. Flatten biscuits and press into muffin pan, fill with barbecue mix.
5. Top with cheese.
6. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
7. Barbecue mix will fill 12 muffins.
