Asian Chicken Noodles With Vegetables

  1. Note: Reserve seasoning packet from the ramen noodles.
  2. Spray a skillet with cooking spray & turn on medium-high heat.
  3. Sprinkle the chicken strips with ground ginger, salt & pepper then cook until no longer pink, around 8 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, bring the water to boil in a large pot.
  5. Add the vegetables & noodles then cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Drain & place back on the heat.
  7. Stir in the chicken, stir-fry sauce, & seasoning packet, heat until warm.
