Feta Topped Mediterranean Soup
- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 each: green pepper and onion, ,chopped
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 can can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1 pkg (200 g) Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- BROWN meat; drain.
- Add green pepper and onion and cook until tender.
- Stir in water, tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasoning; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- POUR soup into individual soup bowls; top with cheese.
