Feta Topped Mediterranean Soup

  1. BROWN meat; drain.
  2. Add green pepper and onion and cook until tender.
  3. Stir in water, tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasoning; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. POUR soup into individual soup bowls; top with cheese.
